Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory

The Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) is a test of personality and psychopathology, which was developed by Starke R. Hathaway and J. C. McKinley. In 1989, it was revised and republished by the University of Minnesota Press. The test manual has been published by the University of Rochester. The MMPI-2 was adapted to adolescents in 1992 and is now commonly known as the MMPI-2-RF.
